wib@l MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Update:

The WIB@L Mentorship Program has been rebranded to become the Lawrenceville Alumni-Student Mentorship Program, a permanent all-school offering for both male and female students. The application for 2021-2022 program will be available at the end of April. Ten selected mentees will be notified in late May and be paired with mentors before the Fall term starts.

If you’re a Lawrenceville alumni interested in volunteering as a mentor and you meet the below criteria for the mentorship program, please contact us or the Alumni Office to express your interest.

2021-2022 Lawrenceville Alumni-Student Application are Open!

Women in Business (WIB@L) worked closely with Lawrenceville Alumni Office in the last six months to create the WIB@L leadership mentoring program, evaluate applicants, and recruit mentors. We launched the WIB@L Mentorship Program 2020 in mid-October after some delay due to COVID-19 pandemic.

The WIB@L Mentorship Program connects current students to more experienced Lawrenceville alumni leaders and industry practitioners. Via one-on-one coaching and experience sharing, mentors support their mentees’ personal and leadership development. Through this program, current students can benefit from mentorship from the real world, and alumni can find a new way to give back to the school. The program matches interested students with mentors based on motivation, academic and career interests as well as house associations.

The Mentorship Program is an annual program. The pilot of the program was launched by Ingrid Guo '21 in the Summer of 2020 in the partnership with the Lawrenceville Alumni Office.
